Events View the latest events from this chapter.

Welcome to the web page of the Staten Island Chapter of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work, Inc.  The Staten Island Chapter covers Richmond County (the Borough of Staten Island in New York City).

The Staten Island Chapter Board meets every October, November, January, March, April and June at members' homes, offices, and other SI venues for larger presentations. Following a Board meeting, at which brunch is served, there is an opportunity for networking, and an education presentation. There is no charge to members or guests to attend. We hold a CEU Conference each October, where members receive a discount; and all attendees earn credit. We also hold a Spring Conference with a different subject and another opportunity to earn CEU credit. You may check the Staten Island Calendar for information about chapter meetings, programs and other events.

The Chapter has an Education Committee, Legislative Committee, Membership Committee, Mentorship Committee, Program Committee, and Practice Management Committee. If you have any questions about a committee or wish to join a committee, you may contact the committee’s chairperson listed below. You may check the Staten Island Chapter Calendar for information about committee meetings and programs.

We welcome you to attend our monthly Board meetings, monthly educational workshops, annual education conference and other events, to learn about the Society and the Staten Island Chapter, to join with us, and to participate actively in Staten Island Chapter events.
